The data we collect about you

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together follows:

• Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, title.
• Contact Data includes work address, email address and telephone numbers. If you are an employee of a customer or vendor of ours, this will be your work contact data, but if you are a Solver, this will be your personal contact information.
• Technical Data includes information about how you use our websites, emails and advertisements you view, internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website and links you have clicked on.
• Location Data includes imprecise location data (such as location derived from an IP address or data that indicates a city or postal code level).
• Profile Data includes your username and password, your job title, your employer, your feedback and survey responses.
• Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.
• Products and Services Data may include additional personal data to the above where you have been invited to use our products and services by one of our clients. The type of additional personal data collected by us will depend on the data fields activated by and under the control of the relevant client or if you participate in a KrowdWise Open Innovation Challenge and provide optional personal data as part of your profile.
• Awards Data includes information we require from you in order to comply with our obligations under tax law and other applicable laws in the event you receive an Award for a Solution you submitted in response to a KrowdWise Challenge. Such information may include copies of positive identification documentation and a tax identification number, often your Social Security number. We also collect information about any payments that you receive for a Solution.
• Content includes content within any messages you send to us (such as feedback, questions to customer support, and requests for demos).
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.
• Employment Data includes your current and past employment experience, qualifications, skills, interests and any other information disclosed by you in relation to an application for a role within Lunah Media (Pty) Ltd.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose permitted under applicable law. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not, directly or indirectly, reasonably reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate or de-identify your Technical Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can reasonably, directly or indirectly, identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. • meet with one of our employees;
• participate in an event which we have organised;
• complete a form on our website requesting us to contact you;
• subscribe to our news letters or other publications;
• request marketing to be sent to you;

• submit an application for a role within Lunah Media;
• make a complaint or give us some feedback;
